Affiliate disclosure
MedSpaStack earns affiliate commission from some of the software vendors covered on this site. This page names them. Most disclosures in this category are a single sentence in a footer; we think you are entitled to the list.
Current status, July 30, 2026: MedSpaStack is newly launched and does not yet have an active affiliate relationship with any vendor. Applications are in progress. This page will be updated with the specific vendors, and the date each relationship began, before any paid link appears anywhere on the site.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Every vendor is listed here — paying and non-paying — so you can see the shape of the incentive rather than take our word that it does not matter.
- Ordering is never by commission. Tables on this site sort by published price or alphabetically. Never by what we earn.
- Non-paying vendors get equal coverage. Several of the most clinically capable systems in this category run no affiliate program at all. They are researched and published on exactly the same terms, because leaving them out would make the site useless to the buyers who need them.
- The research is generated from vendor documentation. Our pricing database is built by reading published pricing pages, not by editorial preference. That is a structural safeguard, not a promise.
- Commission never buys a mention, a rating, or a removal. No vendor has, or will have, editorial input on this site.

Why we are this specific about it
In med spa software, the most established "independent" comparison resources have real commercial ties to platforms they review — in at least one prominent case, the founder holds a senior role at a vendor covered on the site. That is disclosed, but it is disclosed in a way most readers will never encounter.
We are not claiming to be purer than anyone. We take affiliate money and we intend to take more of it. The difference we are trying to hold is that you should be able to see the whole incentive structure on one page, in one table, without having to look anyone up.
